Further Information
The City of Perth is a 68′ Narrowboat built by an Unknown Boat Builder in 1998. A Perkins 42HP 4 Cylinder Diesel Engine provides the propulsion.
The cruiser stern provides a sociable outdoor area and this also benefits from a recent pram cover. Access into the cabin is made easier by a large stern hatch and this takes you down into a utility room with washing machine and provides an area to keep coats etc. Next is a walkthrough type bathroom with hand basin, bath with shower over and port potti cassette toilet. This then leads through into the bedroom currently housing a free-standing single bed with ample storage but room for a double is possible. Moving forward takes you into the galley area with plenty of storage and worktop space. The galley also features a gas, 2 burner hob, oven and fridge. At the front of the cabin is a large open saloon area with wall mounted TV, solid fuel stove and plenty of space for free-standing furniture.
City of Perth also benefits from Webasto central heating and 3 solar panels with Victron MPPT. She is on site at Wincham Wharf, please call or email for more information or to arrange a viewing.
