Gye Nyame is an all steel, 45′, cruiser stern narrowboat built by Liverpool boats. Propulsion is provided by a Lombardini Marine Diesel inboard engine. The spacious cruiser stern provides a sociable outside area and benefits from seating and pram cover. The layout is of the traditional type, entering the cabin from the stern takes you into the bedroom with fixed double berth, under-bed storage, wardrobe and overhead cupboards. Moving forward, next is an off-corridor, tiled bathroom with shower, handbasin, port-potti style toilet and storage cupboard. Next is a good sized galley with eye level, gas oven and grill, fridge, enamelled sink and 4 burner gas hob. There is also a good amount of storage and worktop space for a vessel of this size. At the front of the cabin is the saloon with an open plan to allow for freestanding furniture, corner cupboard unit and Morso Squirrel solid fuel stove. Bow doors lead out on the front well deck, built in seating either side also double as storage units and a cratch and cover provide weather protection.
Gye Nyame is in need of a loving new owner to give her the TLC she needs but is priced accordingly and with some care and attention could be a cosy little boat ready to enjoy the waterways once again.
