Alex is a 60′ x 12′ cruiser stern widebeam built by Orchard Marina in 2017 and fitted out by the owner and could possibly provide a commercial opportunity. Propulsion is provided by a Canaline Diesel engine with PRM150 gearbox and twin alternators. This is possibly an opportunity for a commercial venture or just a unique and well equipped live aboard. Entering the vessel from the stern take you into a galley area. On the starboard side this is set out in a ‘bar’ style with stainless counter tops while to port is the washing machine, oven, hob & grill and large solid fuel stove. From the galley you then find a large open area with bar stool seating to port and bags of space to either make a cosy home or turn into a dance floor/eating area for example. Moving forward into the corridor area, you have 2 double berths on either side and the bathroom with pump out toilet, hand basin and shower with a large, handmade stainless steel shower tray.
