Mr Bunbury is an all-steel, 45′ cruiser stern narrowboat built in 1993 by Jack Sumner. Propulsion is provided by an Isuzu Diesel engine with PRM150 gearbox. She has been well maintained by the current owner and from the moment you step aboard you realise she has a homely and welcoming feel. The large cruiser stern benefits from a pram cover which is in excellent condition. Stepping into the cabin from the stern takes you into the bedroom with fixed double bed, under bed storage and a floor to ceiling cupboard just forward in the corridor. Off the corridor is the bathroom with Port Potti cassette toilet, shower, handbasin and ample storage in the form of cupboards and shelving. This boat originally had a dump-through type pump out toilet and the tank is still in place making it easy to re-install if a new owner wishes to do so. Next is the kitchen, this offers a good amount of worktop and storage space for a boat of this size and also features a large pantry type cupboard, enamelled sink & drainer, fridge and gas oven/hob & grill. At the front of the cabin is the lounge area. The freestanding 2 seater sofa also converts into a double bed or 2 singles. There is also a wall-mounted TV and Morso Squirrel solid fuel stove. Doors then lead out onto the from well deck with seating/storage and a Cratch & cover which is also in excellent condition.
