Thor is an all-steel, 45′ cruiser stern narrowboat built by Liverpool Boat Builders. Propulsion is provided by a Shire Diesel inboard engine.

Thor has a spacious cruiser stern perfect for having guests on while cruising the cut. Entering from the stern you enter into an L-shaped seating area. Following on from this to the left there is an off-corridor bathroom fitted with a shower, Porta Potti & a vanity basin. Next is the galley fitted with a Morco boiler, plenty of cupboard storage, a sink, a stove & a Cooker with a 4 burner hob. The saloon area is a blank canvas perfect for 2 lots of bench seating. Previously this is where the bed was.

In 2022 Thor had a lot of work carried out including –

Blacking
New seal fitted on weed hatch lid
Heavy rust scale under rubbing strip removed to bare metal

Propeller repair
Engine service
Anodes x 4, 1.5 kg, supplied and fitted
Wearing edge on base plate 8mm round bar both sides welded + pitting over 2mm deep plug-welded on both sides of the hull

Leisure batteries 100ah x 4 supplied and fitted
Battery frame/tray – old removed, new fabricated
Batteries wiring
